Every athletic performance training program starts with a comprehensive assessment—because a strong foundation is essential for long-term success. Just like a house built on weak ground can’t withstand pressure, an unbalanced body can’t perform at its best or stay injury-free.

Designed for athletes who are looking for year round programming, the 360/365 pass lets you take the guesswork out of your training and recovery. For a monthly fee, Milestone Performance Academy will build out your weekly programming and customize it around your sport or activity. MPA will utilize components to address all aspects of your programming from strength training and conditioning, speed work, agility, mobility, recovery, and even manual therapy For a monthly fee of $500, you will be able to schedule up to 3 sessions per week with our staff, allowing 12 total sessions per month. If you are interested in adding additional sessions per week, please ask about pricing.
